Ilian Hafouzov is the Head of DACH Sales at Talkdesk. Prior to that, Ilian was Head of DACH for Tata Communications, a leading global telecom player, serving most of the largest regional enterprises. A telecom industry veteran with over 25 years of international experience, he previously held regional leadership roles in C3.ai, Cisco, BroadSoft, and Oracle and has been instrumental in setting up the Go-To-Market strategies of many EMEA telecoms in the field of Cloud Calling, Unified Communications, Contact Centre and AI. A Bulgarian based in Munich, Germany, Ilian holds a BSc degree from the University of Portsmouth and is constantly distracted by his beautiful wife and three kids.
